By positive thinking your quest for reasons of unhappiness will be answered. Become the master of your life and thoughts. Stop thinking about the future and past. Think of God's kindness , his rich heart and unconditional love and express these thoughts daily you will become definitely what you think...

One more try in my own thoughts and words...

Life throws challenges to evryone no mstter you are rich poor big small male femalr animal human. It is you how to face those challenges with positive thoughts of overcoming them. By positivity your inner strength becomes stronger and with negative thoughts you drain and blame self and others. You will be answered with your own positive vibes. Be your own Guru , no better than any, mould your thoughts. Stop thinking you dont have anything for future and lost something in past. Think of God and his unfathomable love adorable care showering blessings and imbibe these into your daily thoughts you will in no way out of happiness and you will be destined to become what you think changing your fate.
