It sounds as if Sonia helped to keep stability in the house, when she "controlled the shake of pillars in house"? Or, helped to manage incidents of instability? And, an inspiring "light" to those in her presence? With charm too, she seems very close to the writer of this piece. Curiously though, it's described as a story; just below the title. Perhaps, it should better be referred to as a poem? After all, it's generally acceptable these days; that poetry doesn't have to rhyme or even be in verses.
