This one seems to be a character sketch of a very disturbed individual. The speaker assures us the woman is a sex addict and alcoholic, and is warning another person of these tendencies because she is in danger of being targeted by the disturbed woman. The obsession has apparently been going on for some time and the speaker tells the addressee she will be stalked until her death. This is a frightening piece, because we know such people do exist.
