Discovery of Zero - Shanti Mantra "Om purna....

From Ishavasya Upanishad, the below Shanti mantra is taken.

Om purna adha purna midam

Purnath purna mudachyathey 

Purnasya purnamadaya 

Purnamevavasishyathey

Purna - Whole /shunya (zero)- The God

Purna adha - that is the God - God

 

Purna midham - this our soul is God

Purnath purna  - from purna/God 

Purnamudhachyathey - god has been emerged ( 0 + 0 =0)

purnasya - from God

purnamadaya - if God has been separated (0-0 = 0)

purnamevavasishyathey - God only remains

God has given rise to god in the form of human soul, when even humna soul perishes, what remian is the God. Hnce God rmain always and human soul goes into God to become whole God. 

When God diminishes Rakshas, to make peace on htis earth, this shanth matra is recited to make that soul resr in peace, that rakshas has joined God soul. 

Here Purna or shunya the zero, when 0 has been emerged Zero + Zero = Zero, when God separated from Human, Zero - Zero = Zero, hence a discovery the "0" from this Shanthi mntra. 

If zero is added to any number, the sum is the same number; if zero is subtracted from any number, the number remains unchanged; if zero is multiplied by any number, the product is zero”.

Noone knows how Aryabhatta discovered Zero, but this vedic mantra is one source for the discovery of Zero.

Hence God got separated doesnt makes any sense he always remain with us.
