I think we should use lithium ion for electric vehicles within india to develop instead of exporting to other countries.

A china has occupied South American ores of lithium and using it for e porting yo the world.
If we work on this developing this Li batteries india will be definitely energy independent.

Hi just a warning
In australia we getting lots of house fires
From people charging their electric bikes scooters etc. tools etc
the lithium is dangerously toxic as well in the fires
I hear copper is a good replacement I read that somewhere

I am seeing the future of more lithium ion batteries not only for home but for houses hold equipments where electricity charges can be reduced by the use of batteries . This will be similar like shale gas to USA, where small LNG plants are emerging a small batteries in automobiles and house equipments would develop in India.
