1. An entrepreneur who is skeptical of no market over the run, will not be able to start the plant, since a manufactured product which is a chemical or a part can be outdated or less in demand. But if there is continuous research and development in the plant, with upgradations, the plant and product can sustain, this is why i think most of the EPC companies doesnt do dare to go for manufacturing, They just provide services.
