Removal of Agglomeration in Making

In Powder detergent making, the raw materials are mixed, binded and then dried to make a fine powder, with admixes - Enzymes, later the finished product flavored with perfumes. Powder is made into pods with additional liquid top, of different colored. 

Here the every raw material is got from either truck or rail car, and is mixed over the line one after the other. There I was thinking how could i get into market helping the plant differently, where i had plan for manufacturing the raw materials and make a mix and then supply to the plant, where they could reduce the mixing equipmet, and reduce energy costs. This was my idea. 

The same idea one of the P&G manager gave a thought and started working on it, he advancedly thought over some more benefits to the plant along with removal of equipmets,, reducing the space by removal of storage tanks for the raw material, where he could use for expansion of the plant for producing more. Then he gave a proposal to us to work on it. Here there will be elimination of Agglomeration step, where mixing few raw materials and liquids then mixing in mixers. 

This is the overall idea. This idea is feasible, a great market for single vendor/manufactuere, as it is in downtown space limitations are there which will help in expansions, this idea can be implemented wherever in liquids, cascade plants can run. We can reduce operational issues, connected with equipments. This will reduce the cost of transportation of single raw material. 

This manager has recently in my project implemented an easy way of new piping into the exisiting skid, by getting the new piping with equipments, as a separate skid, then, cut the exisiting skid, with swipe/slide into exisiting skid. This was really nice idea to reduce the cost of construction, down time.
