exxon bp, shell wil have inhouse simulation team, but newly popping lng plants will not have simulation team, definetly they would need the simualtion analysis, operator training simulators, why i am saying is if we not getting into engg design why dont we focus on OTS tools to newly built plants, advanced simualtions, maintenance of sofware is coslly but developing the simulator and givng the simualation study would be added new field. 

this is stand by, dont go for it right away, a new venture to enter into.
