what he lacks is trust, but without any trust you cannot proceed, in office or school hospital or any where even in family. Even god we trust, thinking he will not kill right away or in middle by accident, hoping that he will protect us we proceed. 

So keep trust on people giving divine qualities to a normal human is a must. Next thing is to measure the quantum work, when you are assigning so that people dont become so lazy and escape from their duties employing cheap tricks, Safe treasure monitoring, bank balances, property management once they are donated all in place is a must before even we start the organisation rebuilding. 

Now there are multiple yoga trainers, methods, spreading it is important where there is no introduction of yoga to people, in japan, china is a must. In india in schools and colleges i s a must, entering into NITs, IITs giving classes is a must. We can charge for class, but it should be in such a way that people generously donate as we show those funds diverted for weaker sections, abandon children, orphanages, schools you are building for the poor not for building your organisation. because that is the thing which people will worry ok guruji is doing so much to weaker not for his organisation a small kid will give a coin from his pocket if you want to feed poor. 

Food dirves, for poor it should start with and nitya annadaan in ashram which i want. Providing the training to inter students to fetch a career entrepreneural skills to students to have their own start up will definetly improve. 

giving classes in USA should not be treated as income generating instead our indians will give so much, as they have given so much to you previously. 

slowly giving the classes online, and training the students, middle aged persons to start their own ,centre is a must with min charge.
