Big brands like EXPRESS, NYNC, many more survived due to their fitting clothes not becuase of their color or trendy design. 

Based on this concept, we have now small, medium, large, xl, if we can get different measurements other than these based on heights and personality - dividin ginto 5 to 5 2" with 100 to 150lbs one size, these will have one diffenite leg hand shoilder length, but hips and tummy deicded the weight proportion, so in this range if we divide the tummy size into 3 measurements, hips into 3 measurements , then we can get tailor made clothing whch makes you unique. though there is good shapem but with clothes body can be shaped into like shapewear, if we focus on stitichign the clothe to better shape will make you unique. 

Other than these clothes color, design, materail and cost marketign, will add on.
