Stepping into chemical and pahrma is new avenue, and ficus more on biofuels is another, but bio fiuels is slow and not much market but pahrma and chemical is very great future. getting one chemcial company will survive you for years to come. 

as ypu are in construction focus on costly countries where labor is costly, and less people. Supplying manual lanbor for contracts is also goos market fro new lng plants in USA. 

Bilfinger is a construction vendor, they charge too many $ for costruction with local hires of construction, trade specialists welding, fiting, and so on. 

i think these if we focus on this year target to make a final plan in 2 months, and approach you wil definetely get the projects in 3 months.

getting 2 projects for 6 years is not a big deal, dont think too much to do focus on small chunks, one at a time is very important, unless many flourish without much work. i am just encouraging dont want to discourage, take it positively, you migth be thinking too many projects you need to get. god will not test your patience until you break.
