so in pharma too we have this scope, new changes every time.

stepping into less cost as a vendor though there are existign vendors, we need to approach with different strategy to get the projects. 

building new plants, it is always tie up with process owners, for example, solvay chemicals have its own plants, and process mmost of the companies approach these companies to get the process technology to get the help. 

Vishnu chemical built its plant withhelp of solvay and its share of 49%. they made solvay vishnu chemicals, a barium carbonat plant in Andhra pradesh.

ALready beign in enginerrign and procurement services approaching chemical process owners to provide consulting to regular operatiosn and new plants would be the best approach. 

There is lot of competition, L&T , mcdormet, technip, bechtel all have their cost of project who has bid low has got the project, 

In USA lot of pharma chemcial companies need consulting and engg procurment design for their plants. since cost of loal vendors is high so they outsource. gettign the work done at low price they need. 

P&G, J&J, and many more. 

My formula to have shampoo is to hair fall reduction and no grey hair, most of the chemicals use strong chemicals to clean and make them silky, in the mean time they loose hair and grey hair, i want to use natural supplments which ar emild and also goo din cleaning with herbs for better growth. Customer has to have instant results i know herbal essences will have slow reaction, so the result i have to show is cleaning them and desiplaying long term results is my motto. SO slowly i step into market as a herbal and good cleaner, as the customer satisfies he will have good results, he will sitick to me, and then spread as he gets the overtime. 

Medimix/vrinda  is one soap that has good results with hard water, with herbal essences, it is surviving but competitors are grabbing i think it needs spread in villages with exposure to hard water in cities and towns, they have advertised with ayurvedic, but its additional effects with hard water if they focus they will definetly grab the market than pears & dove or lux.
