Approaching the same clients of EPC companies

Approaching the same clients of EPC companies

A Chapter by JessyJacob

Now we have tools, people and resources, we need to focus on developing stand alone porjects show them the wroking prospects,
digital twin with interns and data of previos projects, put forward to big companiew and tell thme how we can reduce the time, and also to clients of projects to show them.

tie up with software developers to get the tools work real time by we providing the support.

this would help the client see the real work and results.

R&D with interns and senior retired engineers would help in reducing the cost of the projects.

I learnt from japanes companies Toyota - when the vendor is not able to supply the raw material, then he ccreated business for them by approaching another vendor and tied up with both vendors and he got uninterrupted services.

So EIL is the biggest client and approaching the EPC companies and tieing up with less cost of work than with their own employees to meet deadlines, remaining as long term relationship, for years to work together creates uniterupted business and trust.

I usually see oil gas is volatile, stepping into chemicals is the best idea evergreen and then pharma too. these are not technically different its same engineering.

But should have something unque to us to create dependency, workign strategy, delivery, cost and schedules.

creatign busniness to other and getting the work done is also a strategy. try to focus if this can work.
