Hire top college students for free without paying or giving a min pay, and get the overhead project done, they would be very much interested in gettign trained and learning as this becomes their experiecne to get job in future. 

you dont travel, hire locals and explore the porjects and busnesses.

I was just trying to see how many companies are there in india, USA, all chemical, refineries, petrochemicals, pharma, bio fuel industries. 

i saw the company website, posts jobs for interns chemical mechanical, civil, and MBA students, and train them get done the overhead projects which are promoting for the ground work. 

you already have name in market, gettign client projects is very important.
