To develop the software and maintenance is very easy now with intriodcution wfh/freelancers  and cloud computing 

SO developing this tool and inbuilt is very easy, approaching the same old clients with latest softwares and tools will improve chances, and investing on building the softwares or tools is less expensive in these days, with lots of latest techonlogy and software tools. We should have on esoftware manager who is techniall y sound in getting done the work of maintenanac e and developing as needs for the projects. 

How to delivery the projects 

1. Though there are software tools, manual interpretation and validation with approval is  a must. 

2. hard copies maintenace is also a must for interdisciplinary changes updates 

3. Personal meetings with team to build socialised way of deailign with thealthy environment. 

4. Quality is a must and also a schedule is a must in terms of cost. Both can be avoided with automation and manual check, helathy team building without internal politics, there shoudl be young, middle and old age group, always the middle age shoudl drive the projects. 

I have seen the the quality issue which impacts company name, and schedule impacts less but cost impact which will end up with losing the main client and their projects. 

Employees are the backbone o fthe company, there may be leads managers which wil influence the base core team should never be negelected, as they can screw up and or make better.

Ususally companies hesitate to invest in softare tool stil using excle for calcualtions, but there are so many advances, which can be explored for better delivery.
