Hydraulics, Instrumentation and Piping database tool 

No company focussed on this tool but there are companies who had inbuilt with limted applications. The on ewhich i am designing shall include all the data retrieval for all the departments which includes - Process , Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil, Piping, and Construction. 

The Data entry should be performed, at one level by process, then other departments should acess it accordignly by filtering the cells, and autoupsdates on different departments such as 

Line number details, DPDT by process 

Piping length by Mechanical.Piping 

Instrumentation can filter for DPDT and line number details. 

Construction can filter their details 

Startup & commisioning their details.

P&ID - digital 3D 

P&IDs have been 2D on the drawing but a 3rd dmension of software - when you click the line for piping details, and vessel/equipment dimension detail. This is will be a simialr to 2D model but with more details on P&ID. EMbeding the details into Pdf editor with addition of Hydraulics tool together instead of auto cad will be a new design. Like how we read a kindle ebook reader, with tap on a word, pop up the meaning of it with dictionary embedded. similarly i am looking for that kind so that it will be easy for construction at site, to look into and also for the operations, process engineers, troubleshooters. 

This will be can be seen on ipad or touch pad or a laptop. 

This will be essential for all new plants, and existing plants to update the essential data which may include more. 

A new drawing I want to design for the FEED and Detailed process in between PFD & P&ID to be useful for both interlinking the projects in a cycle updates to reduce the cycle time.
