How to develop smart tools

1. LDTs 

will be used for 

1. process P&IDs, 

2. DPDTs, test prressure for Isntrumentation 

3. 3d model for Mechanical & Piping

4. CSA for costruction  and startup 

So this wil be at Detaield phase whcih wil be used all above departments - 

A centralised software fro data entry - auto corection tools - update simulatenioesuly retirieval access for other departments with editiing option for Process. 

2. instruemntation - lists 

Entry by process - sizing by isntruemntation department  - to procure by instruemntation and installtion by construction 

they should have entry for all these statuses - 

 

3. Pump calculation softwares - not excle based but *inbuilt software with autocorrection tools, limited database entry - retrievl to other deprtments -  use in detaield - updating, procurement - pulling the info to mechanical while dealing with procurement in the feed phase itself - for Piping to install - 3D model - interlinking the updates - cyclic chain

4. Similarly to compressors  - long lead items  -  tank designing, 

5, tank design  tools - softwares - 

6. columns design with software - simualtion - comign up with deifferent process design - tying up with Universities in coming up with process design calculation design -
