1. Any project starts with Fesibility study but it should start with construction cost as iti  svery costly for any investor  and also the cost of equipment. so cost estimation for these plays important role - we should bid in a such way with app cost of costurction with piping and equipments and labor - then presetimate the cost of feasibiity project how much we can reduce in which way the otpization to be involved in what level to win the project  in that we can invest little more hours to put.

2. Similarly when we bid for feed, cost for detailed to be estimated so that client can invest how much for feed and how much we can bid -  so that we can preestimate the detailed also - give the over all cost of project and cost of feed will be %, in that we can give proposal. 

3. Employing the smarter design always wins the project where cost can be reduced. 

4. To win total project employing the strategy of doign simultaneous things, with high cost equipment  - first design - procure the long lead equiments - then - feed project - detailed simulataneous - fixing the equipment location -

for FEED and detailed should go simultanoeusly - pumps - compressors - columns once they are desinged - should go for procurement - 

FOR EPC - should ,in  acyclioc way - first design then detail then procure  - recycle with minor modifcations - interlinkign in three shifts - will reduce the cost. 

Construction - Startup  should interlink in a strategic way for building the long lead items which arrive first- then starting up individual units - this startegy should be employed in feed and detailed design - this is the new tech which we dont consider in the intial satge how to starup individual units first.
