Emotional Patience

Difficult one is driving the anger, which is looking as razor, i need a little time gap and you too need, instantly letting out the emotion is worsening the situation, let the emotion pass by then let the heart smoothly deal with it, this is the emotional patience a little we need, not sinking back into depression both of us with high energies inside.
