He, the man, doesnt need a lesson,

he acts on top of the mind, deciding and giving ideas and decisions to be taken care of to the team. He is basically hardworker when it comes to his dreams, but deppresses a little when things go wrong and loses temper and then rethinks what was wrong with him, he gives chance to correct himself. When it comes to business he manages so well, orders to his team do this, that on top of mind, everyone waits for what is the next step, he comes there and tells and manages problems so well. his mind is full with ideas and encouragement, guidance. He takes his own responsibility for the weeker introverts to help and motivates the team and also friends and everyone. It is his managing style and nature.

She went for helping students adults and old, as if a great meditator she teaches so many tricks very well at her young age, inspires people and gives selfless love to everyone. she teaches Ahstanga yoga - Yama Niyama - as the shortest path to reach high level and reap benefits of the nature pranic energy that energises so much. She teaches , to take one principle of yama/niyama, ponder over and deidcate your life if you cant handle all the 8 paths. this is the shortest route not to sit in yoga posture, sit for thought less meditation, easy path for any individual no investment of time and money.
