And one more thing ask your sister to join your business and her experience along with dad’s support you should go don’t go alone.
I saw triunion website it is much good looking now, but putting so many fields,  try to focus on main projects which you were doing for long time, and entering into fields you need infrastructure and technology expertise people, hire people from good colleges with experience, you may offer initial salary low but, marketing is what you need to focus, developing a brand helps later in multi fields but pushing into mother projects  is main focus. Try to tie up with one manufacturing company in one area and get all locations of it slowly. Low price quote is not the thing which gains,  good customer satisfaction with quality and schedule on time delivery, show the statistics of previous projects to get into market.
Now usa is booming in oil and gas projects, I saw you opened office in houston and then closed it, maybe that is not right time but now it is good lot of companies hiring, you can stretch into chemical production companies along with oil and gas. It would be similar later to Pharma, epc. First get into big brands like small manufactureing companies there might be lot, like p&g which are less than that, because these companies look for brand and size of the company before they give and sometimes they may not focus too, quote for reasonable price.

I think you are alone battling take help of N' sh in your business full time, just her  suggestions won’t help, she will help a lot if she is in as she knows more than you.

You don’t go for marketing,  hire someone to get projects maybe you are not able to market, try to explore the areas and business ideas how to develop and I don’t want you to travel if they don’t come i don’t want to see sad feeling in you.
I would like to you have a small manufacturing company atleast for me, please work on something, it’s fine you have entered into real estate, doing something different from others makes you shine and build brand in that don’t give up in middle.
I saw some investment stocks by her, I don’t know how successful it was and such ideas cannot work unless you make something real in physical and sell it, those are less income and take much effort.

Without hardwork nothing is easy just don’t give up what you have started keep on trying in the same field, you need right people and right efforts right thoughts and right time. I like how your dad has given business I wish I could have something like that then I would have put every effort in reaching higher levels, you are so lucky you got what you want you just need to get right people in your business and go ahead.

3. You need one business flourishing well, so that there is continuous income flow and profit slowly increasing. You can think of new areas simultaneously. I don’t think there is one business area in group of your companies that is growing non stop. First work on that, then ether other areas which are risk taking also fine. If you have one manufacturing company that could give you continuous growth will help you in growing in other areas. I would prefer introduce one fmcg daily need product such as shampoo or detergent or mechanical part any manufacturing. So that you need to focus on it it can run by itself. If it is fmcg it can run by itself even in recession as it is needed necessity not a luxury item for common men as people in India go for common good so many middle class.

I have some ideas my uncle is helping me in loan I am going for it, so many products I have ideas which I am thinking of working  on if you don’t hurt by being away I can help you out and do more otherwise I die dead.

Nice, then acquire shares where you have chance of giving and changing ideas as you are creative, also know better ideas than what it has. Business report is good, but a really caring people is in dire need a family business is always a unique brand and why her efforts go somewhere instead of her own family. I am working still on more in addition to this definitely would. I need share of your shoulders work if you give chance.
