A Poem by jessy123

She's a violin player
And dresses in black
Scars on her arm
And runs to crack

Drugs are her best friend
But she's the best musician
She has no one around her
saving her from her addiction

No one knows how great she is
And what music means to her
And if she dies tomorrow
won't be missed, she'll be blurred

Without hiding behind make-up
She'll be a beautiful young girl
But no one saw her face
hides behind make-up and curls

I heard her music once
And it was wonderful to hear
No one ever played like that
Throughout all the years

I know her music will be missed
If anything ever happened to her
To bad her parents are gone
From something that occurred

She lives on her own now
In a little spaced apartment
She's a senior in high school
Trapped in a compartment

Well now music goes to waste
cause she won't listen to me
But I'll give one last try
To say her music is the key

Hopefully she'll make a friend
To save her from a waste of suicide
She shouldn't think she's nothing
she should be filled with pride

Her talent on music is wonderful
And if she dies, what a sin
But her life might just be saved
From something called the violin
