CrashA Poem by Jessica Lynn Perkinswritten in 2007
Crash
Staring out the frost covered window Whiteness. It's all a blur. like life. I'm staring in front of me. the snow hits the windshield like the tears hit my cheeks quickly, yet steadily at an uniquely familiar pace. I can't see very far in front of me. So whats the point of looking? yet if I don't look, and something runs out in front of me and I have to stop too fast.... I'll slip, slide, & possibly quite possibly crash. life. © 2014 Jessica Lynn Perkins |
