on breathless moments when words are completely unnecessary and utterly impossible.

     Our eyes collide in

     shining anticipation.

     We wait with baited

     B           E            T  

        R          A            H

     hesitating and hopeful,

     while your soul leaps

     through your eyes.

 

     I cannot defend

     against the sudden

     onslaught and your

     S

        O

             U

                  L

     invades my hidden

     corners, leaving me

     helplessly fulfilled.

 

     Your smile articulates

     words inexpressible.
