You got it right first time.

You got it right first time.

A Poem by Lady Lazarus.

I've something to tell you all and it falters on my tongue

when the old are dealt a set better than the young

Its one of those situations where the supernova comes

to a young star who life has not begun

I have a list of dreams for these few months

little rays all waiting to be sprung

I'll leave it behind in your broken grin

watching as you forget everything

little petals that have gone beyond repair

two kinds of flower that were not spared

I don't think I could forget you if I tried

You forget me the day I died.

Thats so kind and heartbreakingly sad - There's an amazing feeling behind all of your works, but this one I'm singling out. Really really brilliant x
