Love is more to me than just a word you say

To me, it's beauty inside a person that grows

each and every day.

 

Love is to sacrifice unselfishly for someone elses sake

Willing to help someone all you can, to give, instead of take

 

Love is the laughter you see in a childs eyes

Its a mother and childs love together that binds the ties

 

Love is people coming together in peace, not in war

It's trying to work out their problems together,

not even up the score!

 

Love is a Great Light that shines over all

Love is the Lord, when He comes to call

 

Love can be expressed in many differnet ways

and can mean many differnt things

But I know if you have love in your heart,

then you know all the joy it brings!
