AccidentalA Poem by jessicamarie19
I accidentally saw you today
Accidentally Heard words that you read from pages of gold In a voice of coal and thought Accidentally That this was mediocre That your “poems” (accidental quotations) Were puns in rows Of philosophical prose and you Read Which we know - is mediocre And I continued to listen accidentally Spent away the time I had saved for my rhyme Entranced by the words that you read I cried accidental tears for your passion And sat in awe of the genius you Fashion from our words that were once mediocre Syllabic perfection of wisdom reflected In a voice that isn’t so bad afterall Six pieces in… And I’m accidentally in love with you now. © 2011 jessicamarie19Reviews
