Whoever said it doesnt hurt lied. 

Whoever said it doesnt hurt has never  cried. 

Whoever said it doesnt hurt has never had to feel

Whoever said it doesnt hurt has never had something this real.

Whoever said it doesnt hurt can youtell me this:

Was it the person you loved, a person you fell for and someone you miss?

Pain is a teacher and love is not a game

For, whoever said it doesnt hurt is to blame

It does hurt, it hurts my heart and soul

It hurts when you're young and it hurts when you're old

One thing though that I can say

Is that I'll cherish each moment of that pain and take things day by day

Learn the ways of the people that love me most and how something so simple can cause miles to grow

Minutes become days and days become years, remember when you thought you couldn't conquor those fears

Its pain that taught me you can be okay, maybe not right now, maybe not even today. 

You will get over it and you can be strong 

Loving does hurt and it hurts for so long

One day, you'll wake up and the pain will be gone

So although its one of the most painful experiences, it's also one of the most rewarding

Look into anothers eyes and grab a new hat, take this journey and never look back

"It hurts when you're young and it hurts when you're old", "Loving does hurt and it hurts for so long", these two lines are my favourites.....I can relate to your poem.....Loving does hurt and the pain is real....Its hard to let of the pain but one day it will be gone....What a brilliant work....Thumbs up!!!! my frnd....
