I miss those cold days in January 
When you would come over and we would watch satirical comedy shows
You would look at me whenever something funny happened
To make sure I was laughing and enjoying myself
I could feel your stare 
And your laughter echoed through my soul
It was the purest and simplest moments
That I enjoyed the most
They meant everything to me
Come find me laying on my futon
Reminiscing of those days 
I'll be waiting
