Fear is an unwelcome friend

Fear is an unwelcome friend

A Poem by dark armor

I pray for the day, when fear himself will no longer follow me.
For the day it does not, will be the day I shall surely live like no other!
I will loveth thee as a summer's day.
I will jump off a cliff of life, and not once glance downward.
I will run as fast as a fierced cheetah; and be as strong as a roaring lion.
For I shall contain fear not, nor have doubt in my running veins.
I will smile again, my dear friend! I will surely smile!
I do not fool you, when I say fear is an unwelcomed friend. For this surely is no lie.

Much determination and positivity rule firm, inside these lines...a day of no-fear everyday would ensure summer throughout life! Nice reflective piece, Dark Armor

Hmm, this piece is very interesting. So many concepts thrown into such a small space! Not saying that's bad or anything, I enjoyed the read for sure. I can't find one thing wrong with it, its very descriptive on each of its points, but I think a longer version would be awesome! :) Still a perfect poem though, no doubt.
