My Own Personal Rehab

My Own Personal Rehab

A Poem by Jessica Harmony
"

For Jeffy, You are my own personal rehab. I love you <3 Jessy

"

While I’m ready to run,

You catch me,

Stay. You plead.

But what if I can’t?

When I think I look my worst,

You tell me I’m gorgeous.

No guy has ever called me gorgeous before.

I may be in tears, but every time,

You make me smile.

You make me want to dance

When I’m feeling almost dead.

My own personal rehab,

You build me up when I break.

My own personal rehab,

You always forgive me for mistakes I make.

When there’s nothing happy in my world,

A smile creeps across my face.

Only you could make it stay there for a whole night.

While I’m ready to run,

You catch me.

You hold me tight to you.

I could stay forever like this,

In my own personal rehab

This is very well written, because I can feel the emotions behind your words, and I can relate to them.
