This is me, writing on the bathroom wall
Checking to see
if anyone noticed.
This is a test.
I am testing you.
I am testing you
to see
if you are listening
to me.
Check, check.
If you can hear me, please clap once.
There is something inside me that wants to know
if what i do and what i say and what i think
affects someone.
Anyone.
If you understand this garbled wreck
known as my thoughts
please raise your hand.
Check, check.
Did Anyone notice my small scrawl
on the bathroom wall?
If you saw it, please blink once.
Check, check.
This is me,
teetering on the edge of the danger line
the Stupid Line, if you may,
because I Never do this.
Unlike many of you,
my innermost thoughts
were my
innermost thoughts
until now
I guess.
Now I am one of you
because my thoughts have joined yours on
the bathroom wall
as a test
Testing,
Testing,
One,
Two,
Three
Can you hear me
NOW?
Check, check.
I apologize.
I apologize
to Anyone
who read
my small moment of weakness
I posted this on facebook and of all my 121 so called 'friends', not one single person looked at it. Just so you know.

I post my poems on Facebook occasionally and I get at most one or two responses, only "sometimes". So you're not alone.
I find this incredibly interesting, a different style of writing from what I've seen before. I suppose that this may be about how you started off being just yourself, and you swore that you weren't going to be like everyone else (clones, maybe), but you were just curious and decided to join the group for once. Because you'd never been on that side before.
Bloody hell, I'm making a fool of myself, aren't I?
