Well, coming from a long lineage of black sheep, I feel you have hit on my specialist subject. I came from a family of seven, who didnt make it easy for me to shine as a black sheep, but I persevered with my dream and ambition and it finally paid off when the family as a whole agreed I had outweirded them all. Proudest day of my life becoming the one they pretend is adopted. :)

I appreciate your poem. As a “black sheep” myself, I can certainly relate. I've been shunned by some family members for not being Catholic enough. Not sure what that means. I warned them not to read my stories. God and I have issues. I'll probably be excommunicated.
