Short cutsA Poem by jesserose99Just a short thought
There are no short cuts in life in any manner. You may of course take I-70 during a traffic jam. Most would consider I-70 a short cut, however; ALL shortcuts are merely roads that lead you to long cuts. Shortcuts don't exist.
The reason there are no shortcuts is because we all know we may take 10 minutes off the trip, and we may even spend 10 minutes less doing something we don't like, but that 10 minutes is lurking behind a bush somewhere, a connection to your shortcut path, ready to leap out and get you. I think it is because time is an illusion anyway to make us feel safe, so shortcuts do to. That is an example of time operating in a line. One line is short one line is long. I kind of think time all happens at once anyway, but I guess I digress. The long roads worth taking anyway...I guess. © 2015 jesserose99Reviews
