Things I Need to Say

Things I Need to Say

A Story by jessfoundwonder

I've been thinking quite a lot, and I've realized this conclusion.

You are something that I want, and I know you'll find confusion

In the words that I can't say, I've written them down for your convenience

Before I start just know that I'm sorry and I love you

But happiness is relative and I can't describe a word of it

Without you, love, I'd be just me, in a world of irony

You have to stay, I've got to leave

But I need you and you need me

You're the car and I'm the crash

We're fireworks, a perfect match

But I love risks, and I love to find

The way thoughts run straight through my mind

And you've given wonder to me

But nothing can rewind or bend the time

That ties us to the confine of our whole existance

And for me, it's mostly you, but partly me, still

And this is just something I have to do

Don't love me, never hate me,

Feeling is just a feeling for a moment

I'll come back, if you'll wait

But if you won't, that's quite okay

Every star in the sky will scream your name

For every day that I'm alive while I'm away
