Hi

Hi

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

Hi, I'm just somebody that you used to love,

I keep a tired mind strung above my heart.

And all the things you said to me, well I've drowned them in the bathroom sink,

I'd like to take a long walk, maybe we'll remember something beautiful

You killed my masterpiece, my favorite

Work of art, you left me jaded

God, I loved you more than anyone could ever learn

I know someday some girl will finally give you what you deserve

Tell me, is it true? Does the first ever let you be?

You swallowed me whole, and I lived in your heart

Baby, I wasn't enough. You were enough for me

But, know that I'm glad to have lost you

You're such a prick, and you like to feel needed

Unforturnately, everybody know how you are

You've got highs, you have lows,

You get jealous, I know

And honestly, no one likes a liar

And you're so horribly untaught

I can finally breath freely

I'm really glad we had this talk

Pray I'll never meet another like you, believe me

This is a very raw poem that shows a lot of emotion. Maybe you should say those things out loud to that person?
