No It Isn't, It's Easy

No It Isn't, It's Easy

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

Fierce as a tiger, you're swift like a bird

And even more ravishing than you have heard

I wish you three cheers and a bottle of whiskey

You're gonna need it after you hear what I say

Yes, you were my star and the world was my sky

All that I ever saw were your colored eyes

And I gave my heart to this boy, he was beautiful

But he let go and he, he let me fall

And you think that you're so gravitating

I believe it too, but you're slowly deflating

Into the masses and into the sky

Yeah, the one where the only things I saw were your eyes

I know that you probably hardly care anymore

And it still stings like the the weekends that you spent alone

Summer still haunts me when winter is cold

But I've learned to despise you, you're already old

Good flow, and overall well written piece.

I really like this!
While I was reading it I could hear some music being played; this definitely could be a song, even if you didn't mean it to be.
Your rhymes worked well, and overall flow was good.
Nice job.
