Oh, God, another one of these.

Oh, God, another one of these.

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

Faraway, this lingers in the air, still

Your breathe and mine, one for the ocean's breeze

Don't we all like to wonder,

Where would we be if it weren't for the world?

The sunset captures your smile.

Rolling off the electrifed sky

I remember that summer, clear as a movie,

We shared our lives and two hearts combined.

I used to know you, but you are a stranger,

I loved you, but I loved you, and that's the end

You changed me on a chance that

Was easy to take, but hard to keep the same.

And I like to wonder,

God, are you sorry? Do you miss the way I said I love you?

Because when I see you, I can barely faint a smile,

It's like you drained me of something,

That I can't quite remember,

But it is certainly missing,

And only you could make me feel this way.
