What you are

What you are

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

It's hard to believe you used to amaze me,

That you really felt real feelings,

That you're a person. You're a human.

Just like me, you just like me.

That's what you said when I said you amazed me,

But what are you good for anyway?

You built me up just so I would crash.

And I really felt that.

I feel real feelings,

I'm just like everyone in that way,

I'm just like everyone in everyway,

That's how you said goodbye to me.

I'm just not good enough for your,

Everchanging standards,

One day I'm the best to you,

The next day I'm nothing,

But you're just a hypocrite

You get bored to easily

Four girl in just one year,

Now who's at fault here?

I promise the stars I won't think of you,

Not tonight, no not tonight.

I swear on the sun that I will call a day,

You don't mean anything

You don't mean anything to me.
