A thousand 'Sorrys' wont fix this

A thousand 'Sorrys' wont fix this

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

Faded gun shots call to the sunset

Picture framed and kept unknown

I guess that this wasn't his season

Earnest in the fight for wrong

Shattered glass litters the graveyard

Empty voices scream his name

He's a puppet in this race for freedom

It's tearing up his mental frame

Classify false information

All the critics can provide

But he was there in mind and body

Summersaulting worlds collide

And mixing terror shakes the sunrise

Light uncovers awful deeds

He sees the damage he's created

Reckless and permenantly
