Hell is upon us !

another one of my poems ok tell me what you think ......

Hell is upon us !

　

Going down a dark road,

Look up,

Look down,

No one around,

No body there,

Hello,

Anyone out there,

Where am i?

Answer me!

I start to see flames of fire,

Where am i ?

I asked again!

Then a figured thing pops out at me,

“says”, Your in Hell,

Welcome to Hell,

Wait!

Stop!

Help me God,

What did i do to deserve this?

Then i saw a bright light,

It was God,

He said,” It’s not your time yet,

Go Go back home your family needs you,”

i like the way it is written but i have objection on the topic of it. you mentioned hell here as the only place people go after death, that is really pessemistic and fearing as if god wants only to punish us! secondly, i dont think the idea that god would make a mistake and let someone die while his time not yet, thirdly, does death know family needing a person so only people who are not needed would die?nobody would have ever died then!

I guess sometimes we feel as if we're in Hell when it isn't our time...perhaps we are just preparing ourselves for what's to expect if we ever happen to end up there. But it is good to get a second chance and change certain things in our lives that can help lead us away from ending up in Hell.

Heesh, darn fine thing 'twas a dream. I usually have superhero or flying dreams. I like the flow of this piece. I wrote a Haiku called "Descent" about that going low thing. Nice write.
