black gallows has mourned

black gallows has mourned

A Poem by jennifer little

as our hearts,
 and our souls,
that runs along the blue brilliant skies,
within the deep blue seas,

the purs of burning love,
have conquered your soul,
the blue summer evenings has passed us by,
as we wear a cloak of ignorance,
a deep love affair,
to unleash the darkness within,
the endless flight that we have begun,
the evening breeze comes upon us,
as the black gallows are where the stars sleep,
as the black gallows have mourned within,
on thy calm black waters,
that have embroidered within us,
the black moss begins to grow as her great veils are a rising and mount within one's soul,
to the endless night,
i have begun to care nothing at all,
the distance of time has just begun,
