breathless nights

on a breathless night, 

forgiveness shall rain within, 

for it shall be written, 

of all the tormented hearts, 

you promised me infinity, 

why?

why?

why not just rest in peace?

now only a memory to hold unto you, 

for we have sinned, 

for this shall be it, 

upon a breathless night, 

tormented hearts and souls, 

a burial surrounds us, 

shall they rest in peace?

or shall they suffer in deep darkness?
