one last hope

one last hope

A Poem by jennifer little

you once promised me forever,
as the darkness descends,
a burial shroud on the table,
of a golden heart,
i have no soul,
i have a soulless smile,
now they put to rest,
in the ever life,
so it shall be,
darkness descends all around,
as the time passes,
your soul arises,
you have become a creature,
of the darkness,
look as if your human,
just with no soul,
thirst for blood grows as we dance through the night,
seeking souls to devour
