Fallen Kingdom

   Remember the kingdom that fell 

by the earthquake that came and shook us awake

   Remember the kingdom that fell

as our father stood over the cliff and watched

   Remeber the kingdom that fell by her hands

as we watched a ferocious rain pour down his face

   Remember the kingdom that fell

in the fading paintings tarnished by the sunrise

I don't even know what this is...challenged myself to write even though I didn't feel like it and this interesting poem is what came about...
