Where the f*ck is my shoe? How did it get up there? I climbed on the arm of the couch and grabbed my dangling shoe off the ceiling fan. James, I growled in my head. Well well brother, well played but we'll see who the champion is after I dispose of a certain magazine you like so much. Oh man I love being evil. Holy sh*t! I quickly pulled my shoe on, and ran out the door barely grabbing my car keys. I slammed the key and started my car. I managed to get to school fifteen minutes early by going 20 miles over the speed limit. Whoopsie, I should really pay attention. Whatever.

I decided that it was a good time to go hunt, so off to the forest behind the school I went. Too bad I wasn't alone, because as soon as I shifted a fox made it's way past me. Oh it's on, newbie, I own this part of the forest. I quickly climbed a tree to make sure I was out of his/her vision. I waited until he/she was done eating before I lazily made my way down the trunk. This must be some sixth grader, I thought, as the fox played dead. It's intelligence level isn't really that high. I shifted back into the 5"9 brown eyed pale girl with the shoulder length jet black hair.

"You know, that's not really convincing, I could have eaten you if I wanted" I stated, getting bored.

She shifted into a girl about 5"4 with short brown hair and green eyes. "How did you know I was faking?"

"Please, I'm not an idiot"

"Are you suggesting something?"

"Just that you shouldn't breathe when playing dead"

"Oh, yeah"

"So, I'm Jadyn, who the h*ll are you?"

She looked flabergasted at my nice tone and harsh choice of words, "Um I'm Miku"

"Cool name, where's your twin?"

"Dunno, don't care" she shrugged.

"I think we're gonna get along just fine. So, what grade you in?"

"Oh, I'm a senior this year"

"Really? Well then, you should learn this fast so you can stay on my good side," I said, "Make sure to stay off my turf, especially when I'm hungry. A lot of people are scared of my angry side"

"Got it"

"So you got your schedule?"

"Uh, yeah" she said and pulled it out.

I snatched it from her, "Sweet, we have some classes together, come on" I said walking lazily out of the forest.

"Guys guess what?" I said in a sing-song voice as I sat on my twin brother's desk.

"What?" he sighed. I guess that's an acceptable response since most of the 'guess what's are guess what I broke that you'll probably scream at me for.

"Okay, okay. I have a new friend!" I shouted.

"Don't tell me it's the frog from Biology" James pleaded looking alarmed.

"No, it's a real person this time" I said a little frustrated, "Besides Mew would get jealous" I spotted Miku and waved her over, "Hey yo, Miku!"

"Wow she is a real person" Hayden wondered.

"I'm capable of making real people friends, their just annoying" I snapped. "Miku this is the guys, guys this is Miku"

"Hi guys" she said somewhat shyly and sat in the desk across the room from us by the window.

"Wow way to elaborate the 'guys'" James mumbled.

"Wow, you know a big word" I mocked him.

"Why do you want a 'normal' friend?" Hender whispers to me.

"She's not 'normal', whatever that means. She's just like us!" I beam.

"Crazy, loud mouth, doesn't know when to shut up?" Yukio, the school's biggest pervert and special fellow twin, supplied as he walked past our little group.

"At least she's not as dim witted as some unfortunate people" I shot back.

He glared at me, "You're just begging for a fight, aren't you?"

"Honey, I can't beg for something that you're too scared to do"

"Whatever Hart" he growled and stalked off.

"Poor guy, he sucks at everything" I sighed mockingly.

"I heard that" he yelled from his desk behind Miku.

"P*ss off" I replied.

"Anyway back to our little conversation," Kaylee asked. "How do you know she's like us?"

"Because Miss Question-everything-I-do-or-say, I saw her changing in the forest" I replied.

"Oooooh" Hayden and James cooed while slapping each other's arms.

"Not that way retards" I snapped. Kylie and Kaylee started laughing.

"So what does she turn into?" James asked, intrigued. I vaguely saw Hender's eyes flash with rage. The bell rang and in walked Mr. Mathers.

"Quiet down ladies" he said to Kylie and Kaylee.

"Nah!" I stuck my tongue out at them.

"Real mature" Kaylee snapped.

"Shut up" Kylie scowled.

"Shh, pay attention" Hayden glared at us.

"Fine" I rolled my eyes. "She turns into a fox" I whisper dragging my seat next to James's.

"A foxy lady" James said in a deep voice, making Hayden chuckle beside him.

"Where's her twin?" Hender asked her voice strained and glaring at Miku.

"I don't know who she is or what she looks like" I said. "Crap" I mumbled.

"Mr. Mathers, Jadyn's not in her assigned seat" Yukio complained.

"Miss Hart, please go back to your seat"

"But Hayden's big head is in the way"

"Hey, it's all hair baby, all hair" he said defensively.

"Whatever, can I just sit here for the rest of the period?" I batted my eyelashes.

"Just for this period" Mr. Mathers said and continued to look at the paperwork on his desk.

"Suck up" I coughed into my fist, and then turned to flip off a gwaking Yukio off. B*stard.

"Hey baby, we need your undivided attention just for a minute" James poked Hayden. "I forgot to mention that Jadyn said she was transferring to the dark side so she could get Darth Maul's dual light saber"

"Transfer? She's already there" Hayden said.

"If you've really joined the dark side; I'll kill you in your sleep" Kaylee said. She goes out of her way to show how devoted to God she is. It's really quite funny when someone tries to argue with her about her beliefs, trust me, I think that girl transferred schools.

"But, we don't diss God, in fact we embrace him, Danny even sits under the flickering lights.

"Oh, well that's good" she said as Hayden and James started to fake cough to hide their laughs. "What?" she asked.

"Oh nothing, it's just we know the real reason why Danny sits over there" James choked out. I punched him in the arm.

"Keep talking and I'll rip out your tongue" I said sweetly.

" You're scary when your mad" Hayden replied.

"Psht, giiiirl, you should see us when we ain't fightin'" I laughed.

"You're a true blonde" Hayden said.

"This black hurr is the real deal gurlfrand" I twang while making hand gestures.

Hayden sighs and shakes his head as the bell rings for the next overlord, I mean teacher, works us to dea-,I mean bore us to death. We make our way to our lockers which are conviently next to each other since I may of made a deal with the principle.

"So are you spending another night in jail?" Hayden laughs as I walk across from him to open my locker.

"Dude, I didn't see that ticket! They really should put it somewhere I can see it!" I complain.

"Yes, because you're blind unless you accidenlty see it" James said.

"Dude, that doesn't even make sense" I said pulling out my gym bag. "Wait which one's mine?"

"Or does it?" James countered, "Besides, when did you start caring about what makes sense, and I think it's the one with a 'J' on it"

"They both have 'J' on it" I complained.

"Well then look for your soccer bag and use those clothes" he reasoned.

"Whatever, I just hope you washed your clothes in case I did unfortunatley grab yours" I grimaced.

"Hey Jadyn, Danny's staring at you" Hayden said poking me.

"Yeah, he's probably f*cking you with his eyes" James taunted.

"Dude, grow up" I said. Ever since they found out that Danny liked me, it's been non-stop teasing.

"I gotta go to soccer practice, try not to fall for those baby blue eyes" James laughed.

"Well, off to football for me, hopefully my little Jadyn won't be a woman before I get back" Hayden said.

I raised my eyebrow, "You know there's more than one way to become a woman"

"La la la la, I can't hear you" he said putting his hands over his ears and awkwardly running with his football bag in the opposite direction.

"Well Miku" I said walking to her locker all the way at the end. Something has to been done about that, "Let's go to P.E."

After we dressed out into identical gold lion shirts and basketball shorts, we sat down on the bleachers in front of a couple of my soccer buddies, Brandon and Carter. Carter was Brandon's twin brother, but you couldn't tell unless you knew them like I did. Brandon was the good one with his natural black hair and blue eyes while Carter, was the bad one with his sandy brown hair and caramel colored eyes. They're both quite the lookers, but Carter has a reputation.

"So is it true you can only do jumping jacks?" Miku asked.

"What?" I choked, "Did Yukio tell you that? Because I can assure you I can do situps too" I growled.

"Ladies, we'll be playing dodgeball today, so I don't want to see any flip flops" Coach Davey, our substitute, said.

"I love this class" I smiled.

"Only when Coach Delaney isn't here" Brandon turned around and smiled.

"Exactly" I wink.

"Jadyn, you and Yukio will be the team captains" Coach said, "Ladies first"

"Hear that Yukio? Ladies first" I smirked.

"Shut up you little brat"

"Oh wow, that really hurts" I said feining hurt, "Alright Brandon's on my team"

"I want Dick"

I busted out laughing, "He finally admits it, well Carter's mine too"

Yukio flushed, "Amy"

"Miku"

"Rebecca"

"Oli" I called. We continued this until we both had eight players each. Coach then set ten colorful balls in the middle of the gym as my team took position at the north end of the gym, and Yukio's at the south.

"Look Yukio, it's your favorite thing in the world, colorful balls!" Carter shouts.

Yukio growled and got in a postion that will only make him slower. Coach blew his whistle and we ran for the balls. I grabbed two and started kicking more on our side of the basketball court. Brandon grabbed a few that I kicked and started throwing them at the girls. I threw one at Yukio and then one at Dick, who unfortuantley forgot to take off his glasses. I got both of them out and went to help Dick find his glasses while the rest of my team annihalated Yukio's. The bell rang when I went to pick up another ball to throw at Yukio just for the h*ll of it.

"Ahhh" everyone groaned in unison.

After P.E., I went to my next two classes, Trig and soccer, which breezed by.

"Well it's off to lunch we go" I say unfazed by the abrupt ending of the adreniline filled soccer game.

"Is food the only thing on your mind?" Brandon asked.

"At the moment yes, now come on"

"Well I think we're gonna beast the game next week" Brandon smiled.

"Of course we are" I smiled, "We have you running and Carter defending"

"Aw shucks, but it's you, James, and Brendon that keeps this team ahead of the others"

"But we wouldn't have all those points if you weren't conviently in the way everytime I shoved someone out of the way" I smirked.

"But of course" he laughed.

We walked into the cafeteria and got in the good food line, yeah I know shocking. I saw Miku and walked up to her leaving Brandon to talk with Derek, our goalie.

"Ready to eat?" I asked as we walked outside.

"You eat a lot"

"Comes with the job"

We walk into seperate parts of the forest lining the back edge of the high school. My body ripples and the adreniline of being able to hunt exhilirates me. I'm suddenly standing on four powerful legs with beautiful blinding white fur expanding over my long, lean, muscular back, stomach, and face. The sun dances across the black stripes littered across my body, making it look somewhat blue. It feels overwhelming to use my nose and ears as my eyes and to stalk my prey as my true nature is released. I let out a little growl to indicate to any freshman, sophomore, and junior that I'm ready to hunt and that I won't hesitate to eat them.

As the trees blur past, I nearly miss the massive buck ahead. I slow down so as not to startle him. I stalk past the looming trees until I'm within jumping distance. I lunge and bite the huge deer in the neck for a quick kill. As I finish, I clean myself and walk back to the edge of the forest where I shift back into my human form.

As I head to Chemistry, Kaylee and Hender catch up to me.

"Good meal?" Hender asks.

"Yup," I reply, "Huge buck. I won't have to hunt for days"

"Lucky, all I caught was a stinken rabbit because I was distracted by Miku" Kaylee scowls.

"I ended up eating a mole and a couple of rabbits" Hender adds.

Miku and a girl I'm assuming to be her twin walked up to us. Her hair is a darker brown than Miku's and has blue eyes.

"Is this your twin?" Kaylee asks.

"Yes, my name is Talia," she said cheerfully, "You three must me Jadyn, Kaylee, and Hender"

We looked at her dumbstruck. How did she-? "Don't worry" she said noticing our looks, "Miku's told me all about you three, and well there are some things that are said about Jadyn that, if needed to, could help me pick you out in a lineup without ever having to see you"

I grinned, "Yup that's me, so did you hear what happened last year with the art teacher and his precious-"

"No need to traumatize them, Jadyn" Kaylee warned.

"Well that's, interesting" Talia said frowning a little but then cheered right back up, "You wanna guess what I turn into? No? It's a cheetah" she grinned.

"Wait, I thought only one twin was supposed to change" Hender queries.

"Well then, I guess you call us the extra special twins" Talia replied and threw her arm over Miku's shoulders.

Miku shrugged it off with a sour face, "Mom said I'd have been the one to change if it wasn't for her trying to get out before me"

"Don't hate the player, hate the game" Talia said and flipped her hood on over her head.

"Holy bull poopie! We're gonna be late for Chemistry" I announce, snapping back to reality. Dang it, that was an awesome day dream too, me and Jake Pitts shreading together on stage...come on Jadyn snap out of it!

"Coach Cast won't care if you're late" Hender pointed out, "And if we're with you, he won't get mad at us either" she smiled as an afterthought.

"But I was late yesterday, I don't want him to think I'm predictable, besides I actually like that class" I smirk and dragged them towards the classroom down the hall.

"Bull poopie?" Kaylee asked.

"Well it's better than holy sh*t" I shrug.

"Jadyn! Mrs. Delaney could hear you" she exclaimed.

"She won't do nothing, me and the principle are tight"

"Jadyn, what has James told you about taking advantage of older men?" Hender says with a straight face.

"I don't wanna play that game"

"Why not, can you not think of anything?"

"Nope"

"So, how did you and the principle become friends?" Kaylee asked testing the waters, taking our seats just as the bell rang.

"Oh I am good," I smile, "Well let's just say he goes to a..'special' place where he spends his free time, that he shouldn't be at"

"Oh my god, he goes to a w***e house!" Hender whispers frantically.

"Psht, no, but that would've been a whole lot more interesting than going to a stupid place than what he does go to"

"Well where does he go to?"

"I promised that I wouldn't tell but I'll give you a hint. Oh and don't shout it, just think it, aiight?"

"Aiight" they responded.

"It rhymes with car" I smirked. They gave me an incredulous looks.

"No way" they breathe.

"It's not that bad" I counter.

"-Hart" Coach Cast calls.

"Here" James and I call out in unison.

"Wait, how did you find out he goes there?" Kaylee asks narrowing her eyes at me.

"Dad sent me in to find Jr" I replied casually. James turned around to watch how good an actress I am.

"Jr?" they chorused.

"Oh, my cousin, who is thirty six" I said noticing Hender about to say something, "He just got out of jail, and Dad went to ship 'em to Uncle Rob's"

"So why did your dad make you go in?" Kaylee asked a little skeptical.

"Dad started drinking after Mom died and he quit like two months ago" I replied looking down. Good god woman, stop asking questions and believe it already! James is gonna give me h*ll already!

"I'm sorry" Kaylee said and said 'here'.

"Stallings"

"I'm here!" Hender shouted louder than necessary.

"And so is her absolutley gorgeous twin brother" Hayden chimed.

"Girl" I coughed into my hand.

"B*tch" he coughed into his hand.

"Oh it's on" I said standing up and walked to his desk.

"Seriously guys? You do this everyday" Coach Cast looked up from his computer, "You'd think you two would've run out of insults by now"

"Again with the speech," I sighed, "We know. 'Keep it in our pants.' 'Ew gross, we hate each other' 'Then why do you two act like an old married couple?' 'Cause we could've had the same name and him/her won't admit that mine's cooler' 'You need to fight in your own time' 'This is our own time, by the time I get home, I'm happy again' 'I think you two need to see the counselor' 'No this is our way of saying hey b*tch/b*stard, you're my friend and you better not forget it' 'You need to learn a better way of saying it' 'Sorry, Coach'" I went on imitating the same conversation we have every Monday through Friday.

"Glad to see you're finally listening" he smiled.

"Get back to your seat b*tch" Hayden laughed.

"Your big head's in the way d*ck" I replied while sauntering to my desk behind him.

"Hair"

"Whatever"

"Aidens" Coach warned. Yepp, that's right Coach got to where he calls us 'Aidens' which annoys the h*ll out of us. He even told James and Hender multiple times that we should've been twins. H*ll to the no, I mean I know I fight with James a lot, but with Hayden it's a natural reflex. He is probably the most innocent, next to Kaylee of course, out of the whole group. Of course, I'm the only one that knows it so I have to raise a little h*ll. He loves me though or else he'd never survive when Hender kidnaps me.

I walk away from my locker and walk with Hayden and the gang to our next class excluding James.

"No way, Obelisk is the best cause he's blue" I said.

"Nuh uh, Slyfer is because he's a dragon" Hayden shot back.

"I would agree, but come on blue is a way better color than red" I shrugged.

"Sho is shawty" James chimed in, "What're we talking about?" he asked.

"You're late shug" I say.

"No I'm not!"

"If you can't get here before Hayden you are" I shot back.

"Wha-yeah"

"Hey!" Hayden said mock hurt.

"Well you spend ten forevers in the bathroom, it's a wonder you get to class on time"

Hayden rolls his eyes, "It takes time to look this good"

"Oh god, he's serious" I said in horror then busted out laughing.

It took a lot of convincing, but I managed to convince Abigail, Miku's mom, to let her spend the night.

"James! Give me my shirt back!" I yelled from my closet. Wow, James made a new record, we just got home and he's already p*ssing me off.

"Well give me my boxers back" he said as he entered my room.

"Stop leaving them in here and you can have 'em back"

"Why do you need that shirt anyways?" Miku asked from the bed.

I shut my closet door and replied, "Because Mr. Steriods is gonna stretch it"

"That's not what you said last night" James winked.

"You guys are gross" Miku said while digging for her laptop charger. Who the h*ll brings their laptop to school?

James winked twice at me and tapped his temple. Alright brother, go ahead. "Oh you think that's gross, you should come over when I'm sick, she chews my food up for me and spits it in my mouth"

Oh, I know what he's doing! "And don't forget when I'm sick. He takes all my snotty paper and puts it in his snot collection" I said.

"Okay guys-" Miku started, but James wasn't letting her give up just yet.

"I remember when you had the flu-"

I looked over to Miku's wide eyed horror gaze trapped on me and burst out laughing, "Okay James, I think she's had enough"

"Sorry Miku, fresh meat" James laughed and walked away.

"Shirt!" I yelled.

"Boxers!" he yelled back.

"I'm hungry" Miku and I chorused.

"James!" I yell.

"What?" he yelled back.

"We're hungry!"

"How's that help me?"

"I'll do your homework!"

"Pizza good?"

I smiled, "Perfecto"

Here's an actual description for all who care:
We are the twins. Why do you think twins are so rare to have? Well maybe it's because we're born into a special clan. The shifter clan. My name is Jadyn and I'm going to take you on my crazy ride of a life into what happened to be the weirdest/craziest/awesomest times in my life. I made new friends, pranked many people, and hated on my hater. I'm the fun loving, off the wall, destined for the nut house chick. I'm 5'9, pale skinned with jet black hair. I turn into a tiger. My twin's name is James. My best friends are Hender, Kaylee, and Miku. Their twins who also happen to be my friends are Hayden, Kylie, and Talia. Hender, Kaylee, Miku, Talia and I all turn into animals. A lion, eagle, fox, cheetah, and white tiger. Our twins are what keep us, me, from accidently slaughtering people who make us angry. Obviously Miku and Talia are more special than the average twin, but that's not my story to tell. Together, we are the twins, and we run this town.
