Have you ever felt like people had no idea how much their words hurt?

Scream
Sometimes I want to scream and scream and scream
And scream to let them know
The way I feel
The way I feel yes, it is real
And my little world of feelings
Is about to burn
I've been holding my feelings in for too long
Laughing when I feel like crying
And its time to tell you how I feel
Before I burst
...
The things you say
I laugh them off
But really I want to punch you
In your FREAKING face
So please,
Before you speak,
Stop to think about the way I feel
Before you say
Those things you say
Those things that make me want to scream and scream and scream
And scream.
