MotherA Poem by Jen
What have i ever done to you,
but love you? I did not chose you, you chose me. why not make a life, built from the ground, with sturdy wood, and pillars all around?, instead you built a false foundation, on jealousy, bitterness, and ridicule. One day, you knew, id come, crumbling down. I am not you, though you tried real hard to change that. I've finally got my own wings.
