Is the monster actually in the house, or is it the house, and was this hiaku translated into Monster House or Monster's Ball?

The true title to this is Monsters Ball, or Monster Balls or Housing Balling Monsters. The monster is the house and the people that reside in it are also the monsters...one is a true monster because of his intentions towards the other people, but the other people are monsters because of their ignorance for allowing a creature in the house knowing what he's capable of. Half men, half monsters, half a man from being eaten by a monster, and a half man that knew of the monster he let in the house

This is kind of a poem about all monster in the house horror movies. I was thinking of still born and the shining at the time
