hahaha. tama, may bago n kasing batas, sin tax law, pagpapataw ng dagdag singil sa mga alcoholic drinks at sigarilyo. but i guess, sa nakasanayan ng mga pinoy na parating may beer kapag may kasiyahan, marami pa ring bibili sa kabila ng lahat. :)
